GP is the author The Happy Class book which has given inspiration to thousands of people in the decade since it was published. He has been invited to give Happiness presentations to schools from elementary level to universities.
His ability to be remain happy with life through both wonderful as well as tragic times has made him a go to person when people have questions about their own lives.
In ‘real life’ GP is Jim Jorgensen, a lifelong entrepreneur, most known for creating Discovery Zone (bringing happy moments to millions of children for many years). A summary of his entrepreneurial life can be seen in Wikipedia.
GP has three children, seven grandchildren and lives near them in northern California with his wife.
GP is the nickname his grandchildren call him.

Paulie is an Irish-born writer, musician, and tech industry veteran, now living in Southern California. He has four children, two girls and two boys. Over the past two decades, he has worked in software and tech across Silicon Valley and Ireland and also served as Editor of TrueArtists, an online community and magazine for tattoo artists.
Paulie and GP (Jim Jorgensen) have been friends for nearly 15 years. After reading The Happy Class book, Paulie felt inspired to turn their everyday conversations on happiness and life’s challenges among other topics into The Happy Class Show podcast. A passionate soccer player and avid Liverpool FC supporter, Paulie’s enthusiasm for music, podcasts, and spending time with his kids brings a relatable, engaging energy to the podcast. Each episode is designed to give listeners a mix of happiness tips and everyday stories, all told with a fun, easygoing vibe.
